These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of pairora.store (the “Site”) and your purchase of products and services from Pairora (“Pairora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

3. Personalized Products

Many Pairora products are created specifically according to information, photographs, text, names, dates, designs, or other content submitted by the customer.

You are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting your order.

This includes:

• Text
• Uploaded photographs
• Product options
• Colors
• Sizes
• Quantities
• Shipping information
• Custom instructions

Pairora is not responsible for errors contained in information submitted by the customer.

Personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once production has started, except where required by law or where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our side.

4. Customer-Submitted Content

When you upload or submit photographs, images, text, artwork, names, logos, messages, or other content (“Customer Content”), you confirm that you have the legal right to use and provide that content.

You must not submit content that:

• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights
• Is unlawful
• Is fraudulent or misleading
• Contains illegal material
• Violates applicable laws or regulations

You grant Pairora and the service providers involved in processing your order a limited right to use, reproduce, modify, format, and process Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to create, fulfill, deliver, support, or resolve issues relating to your order.

You remain responsible for the Customer Content you submit.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order in certain circumstances, including:

• Suspected fraud
• Pricing or product errors
• Product unavailability
• Technical errors
• Invalid shipping information
• Prohibited Customer Content

Pairora does not control customs authorities or their fees.

Because personalized products are created specifically for individual customers, special restrictions may apply.

Customer Content remains subject to the rights of its respective owner.
